General Tips

Check the basics first. Most issues come down to a device being powered off, a network cable being unplugged, or a setting being toggled off. Start with the simple explanations before investigating deeper.

Use the health endpoint. The Agent Health page explains how to verify that all background services are running. If an agent is offline, wake operations and scans will not work.

Review execution history. When a scheduled wake or scan fails, the execution history panel shows error details. Check there before assuming the feature is broken.

Ask your administrator. If you've ruled out the common causes and the problem persists, contact your site administrator. They have access to the audit log and container logs, which provide deeper diagnostic information.
